Michelle Velez is the State President for the California Association of Mortgage Professionals. This is her third term on the executive board. Michelle is known for lobbying on behalf of her clients and peers for housing reform. Previously, Michelle served for 4 years on the San Francisco Peninsula Chapter board including 2 years as President.

Michelle is currently a Sales Manager for W.J. Bradley Mortgage Capital LLC in San Mateo. She has extensive experience with FHA, VA, Conventional and Jumbo financing. Prior to coming to WJ Bradley, she was a Sales Manager for Prospect Mortgage and was Broker of Record for Partners Mortgage. She has been a loan originator for 20+ years.

Jeremy Clark is the Sales Manager for Chicago Title in San Mateo County. Jeremy has been in the industry since 1997, starting out in IT and transitioning into sales. Joined SF CAMP board 3 years ago as the first hints of the TRID changes started to emerge.

Doing my best to educate and communicate these changes to as many realtors and lenders as possible.
