Financing New Construction and Renovations
Financing starts at $250K and extends into the millions
Construction and permanent phases are combined into one loan
Loan converts into permanent financing after construction is complete
Same initial rate covers construction and permanent financing
Construction phase as long as 18 months
Interest only payments during construction phase
